The World Cup begins today with the match between hosts England and South Africa. The lead-up to the World Cup has been fascinating and the opening party last night had us all glued to the television screens.
The ten captains also met with the Queen and the Duke of Sussex at the Buckingham Palace on Wednesday.
It was a fun-filled evening in England as fans from all parts of the world gathered to witness the ceremony. The greats of the game including Sir Vivian Richards, Brett Lee, and Anil Kumble graced the occasion with their presence.

Former ODI captain Azhar Ali and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Malala Yousafzai, represented Pakistan in the 60-second cricket challenge which ultimately saw England win the competition.
